I deliberately skipped anything marked deprecated, but I didn't conduct
any searches to make sure the services were actually being used.

Looks good, pushed now. One thing I'm looking out for is that the
converted services are (a) not marked as deprecated and (b) actually
implemented somewhere (by looking into an installation's
program/services/services.rdb and ure/share/misc/services.rdb; not
being implemented is typically a strong indicator that the service is
de-facto deprecated). After all, each incompatible change is a kind
of sin, and I would like to keep this sinning as reasonably little as
possible. ;) (The converted com.sun.star.script.AllListenerAdapter
service appears to not be implemented anywhere, and is probably dead
stuff. I left it in the committed patch nonetheless, mainly because
reverting the changes to offapi/type_reference/types.rdb would be
tedious.)
I will look at your following four parts later.
