Update git submodules
* Update helpcontent2 from branch 'master'
to 78831305d8d43c6594106c1283aaab225322dfa5
- update help for "Insert Bookmark"
- remove "double" help for "Delete"
- add following elements
- Name (and) Insert
- Rename
- GoTo
- embed "Close"
- convert headings to <h1> and <h2>
- add <keycode>
- added "note" about "protected" bookmarks
- add bookmarks for "Rename" "Name" and "Go to"
