Update git submodules
* Update helpcontent2 from branch 'master'
to e6e4a01c2ae198bde731045f4451ba345877cadb
- update Online Update help page
- add headings
- correct outline level
- add control
- align help page with dialog box
- added "online update" icon
- updated "note" about installation of Update module,
a common intro, with sys-specific details.
