Gosh; this URL construction is a rather cumbersome and unreadable way
of doing it -
if (ini.getFrom("SCHEMA", RTL_BOOTSTRAP_NO_ENVIRONMENT))
ONO ? :-) Could we not move to that ? or at least plan that for
LibreOffice4 :-)
