https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xcode#9.x_series actually points out that running Xcode 9.3 requires 10.13; so I guess that means that code should and can't be fixed, but then README.md needs updating (or simply drop the macOS version from the build line?). Regards, Miklos
