Looks like external/libatomic_ops/UnpackedTarball_libatomic_ops.mk misses a call to gb_UnpackedTarball_update_autoconf_configs. See its documentation in solenv/gbuild/UnpackedTarball.mk and uses in other external/*/UnpackedTarball_*.mk for details.
