iOS, swarmsolve needs LPSOLVE or COINMP
if neither LPSOLVE or COINMP is defined swarmsolve terminates with
an error "No LIBFILENAME set", if either one is a demand for
swarmsolve it should make an error message, if not the mk should
be modified.
For now enabling coinmp for iOS builds.
