Move loplugin:bodynotinblock to store/, to improve performance
...as it was the last remaining enabled-by-default plugin that calls
expensive
parentStmt. It isn't immediately clear to me how to rewrite the plugin to
not
call that, but a superset of this plugin's warnings are now also emitted by
GCC 6 -Wmisleading-indentation.
