Nah - we should expunge all superstitious comments & as/when people
change fragile code & create bugs, hopefully they will re-write it, if
not - they'll create a bug, and the bug fixer (while getting ill reading
it) will hopefully re-write it :-)

Really - trying to detect and annotate fragile pieces of code with
special comments is not a winning idea I think :-) so just carry on
removing junk 'JP 12345' comments without any concern ...
