All: Can somebody either tell me, or point me to documents that list the specific issues/items that LibreOffice is allegedly unable to do, that MSO can do?
I read the report available from https://www.ris-muenchen.de/RII/RII/DOK/SITZUNGSVORLAGE/4277724.pdf.
