Stop working around broken IPv6 site
This basically reverts 324212ce01c10a8811d25c95d1ae6a83d8214f3d which
forced wget to only use IPv4.
dev-www.libreoffice.org's IPv6 support was broken for a while. It
appears to be back to working.
