No idea if that profile finder has a use-case under windows ? > Well I don't know whether it was your hack, the moz code, or a mixture of the two, but it certainly couldn't find my profiles on Mac OSX when I had built with mozab, even though it went through the motions. I even tried pointing it specifically to the profile in question and still no luck. FWIW, I tried both TB and SeaMonkey connections. I haven't been able to build with-mozilla on Mac for about 3 weeks now, so I've taken to switching it off at build time.
