Perhaps Michael Meeks or one of the more experienced devs might be able to help out. If the document isn’t confidential, attach it to a bug report. To log a bug, the location is https://bugs.documentfoundation.org I would suggest creating an account for each member of your organization, and if you need updates and you have a central email address add that the CC list in bugzilla.
