Nice! I have not used clang-tidy yet, but I've looked into it, and I
have to say, it looks pretty awesome. Which checks are you using?
Have you tried using and custom checkers?
I just ran it with
-checks='-*,clang-analyzer-deadcode.*'
for now (i.e., reporting DeadStores only), as that appears to turn up
useful issues without too many false positives.
