The HAVE_FEATURE_* macros are (or should be) documented where defined,
in config_host/config_features.h.in <http://config_features.h.in>.
In practice, HAVE_FEATURE_MULTIUSER_ENVIRONMENT currently means anything
except Android and iOS.
