So - I guess this means that (somehow) your apk was not packed
correctly; we deliberately avoid compressing a set of files there to
make them easy to read directly out of the zip.

There is code in android/Bootstrap/ to do this - the
no-resource-compress*.xml fragments. I guess that (on Windows) these are
somehow not selected correctly.
I imagine building in Windows is under-supported; we typically compile
on more unix-like systems such as Linux & Mac. Having said that - you
did really well to get this far =)
