There are some comments in offapi/com/sun/star/accessibility/AccessibleStateType.idl which suggest MOVEABLE doesn't have an atk equivalent which sounds to me that it should be simply ignored. While OFFSCREEN and COLLAPSE[D] have some suggested equivalents for atk.
