This is not a feature request list :-) please discuss possible
meta-future directions on the discuss list instead. This is a place for
patches, discussion of the code, build problems, infrastructure
development etc. etc. I don't doubt that much could be done to improve
the ergonomics of book layout in writer, but this is a developers' list.
