That one is likely --enable-ext-presenter-console anyway. If you look at
the makefile.mk which spits out "build disabled" you should see above it
the env variable that controls it, e.g. ENABLE_PRESENTER_SCREEN and dig
in set_soenv.in and configure.in to see where that gets set to backtrace
to the relevant configure option.
