It looks like a partial build gone wrong. Did you do a git pull and than make ?(without make clean) This often work, but sometimes it breaks, for instance if a git pull removed a .hxx that is not needed anymore, your make still thinks that he has a dependency on it and complain about the .hxx not being there. Following the instruciton given at then end of the build error report usually get you past that...
