Find out what this is exactly expanding to, e.g.
cd sfx2/source/doc
dmake
copy and paste the g++ line and add -E to it to just do preprocessing
and convert -o .../something.o to /tmp/dump.ii
and have a look at the /tmp/dump.ii and pull out whatever that LOG foo
it ending up as
C.
