Hi Pedro,
you need to be in the CC list, unless you are the reporter. There is a
checkbox "Add me to CC". Perhaps it was not checked when you have added
your comment?
If you will catch up on it, you need not write a new comment, but make
sure the checkbox is marked and click "Save Changes".
In addition you have to set the Email-Preferences in your account.
