4.0.x EOL was November 21, 2013.
IMHO it's very unlikely to see new reported bugs from alphas and betas
(late 2012/early 2013), as well as RCs
2. Thoughts on adding a new version called "PreBibisect" and we can
replace the 3.6.0..beta0 version with this - seems to be more accurate.
+1 for "PreBibisect"
