Yes, it should. But it doesn't.
Hmm. Somehow the git checkout on the server got out-of-sync with the
actual repository/my change was reverted/added for commit, but not
committed there.
Anyway, I did reset it back to the version that's in the repo=the
version that should get you the update.
It seems to work now:
4.1.1 leeds to 4.1.3
4.0.0 leeds to 4.1.3
4.0.3 leeds to 4.1.3
and
3.6.5 leeds to 4.0.6
