I find the profanity in the bug report above quite amusing. Directness are one thing, acting nasty another. However, it's pretty much the same all over the place, and answering it with politeness can be effective. But some people are completely immune to reasoning, so in extreme cases only shutting them down work. More testing, predictability, and fixing bugs are required in order to minimize the ranting.
