Hi, I'm answering to the list as I did not experience the described problem and thus probably cannot add much valuable info to the bug.

In my internet experience, non-reproducible loading problems have always been occuring from time to time, so if the page won't load, I'd probably simply hit ENTER once again or F5 to reload and not paid much attention to it. > do you have any idea or research results what the reason for the > problem might be? The Assistant depends on several components (javascript in the browser, bugzilla availability, https connections...). It only works if all components collaborate smoothly, so in my eyes, there are several places where problems or timeouts could occur. Maybe looking into the server logs might give more information? Maybe the occurence frequency could also be found out from the logs?
