Hi !
Since the 'how to submit bugs-wiki' is used often to redirect users to -
which is great! - I thought it to be a good idea to:
- promote the importance of a good report
- guide people in the right direction
- prevent too easy direct submitting
- there are a good assistant and a step by step guide
- if I'm well informed - and in general that is the case - there
is some stock of not handled reports already
