I agree on that.
I am always a bit afraid when 'normal users' submit bug reports. Without
good guidance/discussion before, too often it is lack of knowledge that
lies behind the report, or an issue that is not clear or a duplicate.
So that is another great thing from the new interface (when I saw it
some time ago): if offers a look at possible already existing
related/same issues.
