Thanks for the suggestion, Shiva.

Unfortunately, this is too large a scope, and too unlikely to happen anytime
soon:
- Even though there are users who would like to make PDF editing better for
LibreOffice, many argue that LibreOffice is not (and shouldn't be) a PDF
editor, even though the PDF import and export filters available for Draw are
used as such.
- Even LibreOffice desktop doesn't support just displaying a PDF (without
importing it)
- The Android Viewer's editing features are experimental currently, so PDF
editing capabilities are unlikely to be highlighted anytime soon
- Enhancement requests need to be focused on specific tasks, this one is too
wide. You will find many smaller reports about improving PDF support in
LibreOffice, for example in
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/showdependencytree.cgi?id=99746&hide_resolved=1

I understand the appeal of having a "document viewer" like "LibreOffice Viewer"
open PDFs for viewing, there's already a similar request in bug 156444.

Closing as "won't fix" for now for the reasons above (which doesn't necessarily
mean the project won't eventually implement all those over the next few years).
Hope that makes sense!
