Description:
This is about the difficulty of adjusting row height. This happens when you add
a border and the height of the row changes or is modified (as well as the
format or spacing)
The spacing doesn’t turn back as before without the border.
I think I already posted it.
Maybe it's because I don't know how to use the program, maybe it's not a issue.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.make a table
2.put a border in one row
3.try that the spacing, the distance between the text and the border, the row
height do not change, or that it can be customized, it is difficult. If you
remove the border, the spacing shift continues,

Actual results: It is difficult to set the height of the rows and the spacing
between the text and the border when you place borders on some rows.
Expected Results:
Expected Results: It is easy to configure how the border affects or does not
affect the spacing between the text and the border, the same with height of the
row.
