Start Center shows black background behind icons after launching LibreOffice
with OS dark-mode and LO appearance light (macOS)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch LibreOffice (with appears set to Light and OS to Dark)
Actual Results:
Black icon background. While vanish when launching - say - Writer and closing
the Window
Expected Results:
Transparent
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
