Description:
When attempting to submit the contact form on the "Contact Us" page, an error
message is displayed, and the form is not submitted successfully. The error
message reads, "Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later."
Steps to Reproduce:
Navigate to the "Contact Us" page
Fill out the contact form with the following details:
Name: John Doe
Email: [email protected]
Subject: Inquiry About Services
Message: Hello, I would like to know more about your chiropractic services.
Click the "Submit" button.
Actual Results:
An error message is displayed, and the form is not submitted.
Expected Results:
The contact form should be submitted successfully, and a confirmation message
should be displayed, thanking the user for reaching out.
