It seems to be interpreting the value in B81 as a date: "55014". I am not entirely certain if interpreting numbers as a date is a bug. Someone more knowledgeable in Calc will have to comment. In any case, deleting the Conditional Formatting removed the formatting so that it matches the rest of the cells.
