Steps:
1. Open LO
2. Tools > Customize
3. In either the Context Menus or Notebookbar tabs, click "Help"
Result: goes to Menus help page (only correct for the first tab).
Expected:
- Context Menus goes to
https://opengrok.libreoffice.org/xref/help/source/text/shared/01/06140300.xhp
- I could not find a corresponding page for the Notebookbar page, it might need
creating. The corresponding HID might be
CUI_HID_SVX_CONFIG_NOTEBOOKBAR_CONTENTS, from
https://opengrok.libreoffice.org/xref/core/cui/source/inc/helpids.h?r=116b9d6d#33
... but I'm still unsure about HID shenanigans.

Already the case in 6.0 for Context Menus. In 5.4, would go to main page.
Already the case in 6.4 for Notebookbar, when the tab was added.
