Create icons for .uno:HighlightCharDF
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add to any toolbar a new command .uno:HighlightCharDF (it highlights direct
formatting for characters in the text document)
2. That tool has the label but doesn't have icon in any icon theme
Actual Results:
.uno:HighlightCharDF has no icons in any icon theme
Expected Results:
.uno:HighlightCharDF has own icon for any icon theme
