Description:
Selecting all cells in sheet and applying direct formatting only applies
formatting to cells within current sheet range.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter "Test" in cell A1
2. Click rectangle above row number and to the left of column A to select all
cells in sheet
3. Format, Text, Bold
4. In cell B4 enter "More"
Actual Results:
Cell A5 is not in bold despite all cells in sheet being selected with direct
format applied. Formatting is only applied to cells in current sheet range.
Expected Results:
Direct formating should apply to all selected cells, ie all sheet cells like in
excel, not just current range.
Reproducible: Always
