            Bug ID: 154974
Summary: LibreOffice documents constantly switching focus.
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 7.5.2.2 release
          Hardware: ARM
                OS: macOS (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
If I have a number of LO documents (whether they’re Writer or Calc documents)
then moving the mouse often switches focus on another document. This is without
actually clicking on it.

When the focus has magically shifted, then using the keyboard to switch back
doesn’t generally work, presumably because LO still thinks the original
document has the focus.

Switching to another application and back again focuses on the original
document.

Steps to Reproduce:
I cannot reproduce this reliably. A typical sequence is something like this:

1. Open multiple documents.
2. Select one document and stare at it for a while.
3. (Distractedly) move the mouse over another underlapping document.
4. Wait for a short while and distractedly move the mouse.
5. Get annoyed that suddenly the other document is brought to the front.

Actual Results:
As above.

Expected Results:
Nothing

Reproducible: Sometimes

User Profile Reset: No

- Happens with both Calc and Writer documents; I haven’t tried the others.
- Using M1 Mac Mini, MacOS Ventura 13.3.1

BTW On a Mac, About LibreOffice is in the LibreOffice Menu, not the Help Menu.
Also, the information is not selectable; thank goodness for OCR.
