In libreOffice, if "scale and layout" is set to greater than 100% in the screen
settings, the offset will change.
Steps to Reproduce:
1: Open attachment
Actual Results:
The offset value changes.
Expected Results:
The offset value is unchanged.
Reproducible: Always
