Did you mean to say 7.2.1.2, or did you mean actually mean 7.5.1.2 like in the Version field above? I'd suggest making sure everything is uninstalled, your user profile removed (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile), and install version 7.5.2 (or 7.5.3 when it comes out) and test again to see if you can still reproduce.
