ZAMZAR PDF export from sample document also will not show Hyperlink (at it's place?). And please try attached .docx from <https://file-examples.com/index.php/sample-documents-download/sample-doc-download/>: 11. Open document in Writer (rightclick โ open with LibO Writer) 12. Export to PDF (Checked: Export structure, Export Place Holders, Export empty pages, Show Document title, Export structure elements as named targets, Relative URLs 13.
