You've left the color for the overlining as 'Automatic'

Print and Export works correctly if the color for the overline is explicitly
set (to match the font, or to some other color from the Character... dialog).

However, I can confirm that the Export as PDF filter picks up 'Automatic' as a
color different than the font color--renders to PDF as 'Black', while with a
print to PDF it picks up the Red for the overline.
