Sometimes, when I open a document with tracked changes, and reject a deletion,
being the last change(s) not already accepted or rejected, the residual
document has a __DDElink bookmark for one or more of the stretches of text
which marked for deletion. I can manually remove the bookmark, but it should
not exist at all.
Unfortunately, I cannot attach the document I observed this bug with, as it's
rather private.
