When you Group or Ungroup some shapes, you are not formatting these shapes.
Yet, in Impress, these functions are on the Format menu. That's wrong. Draw has
it right, but - Impress doesn't have a Shape menu. You can say it's an "Edit",
maybe; or a "Tool"? I don't know, but certainly not "Format".
