Description:
Trying to change FORMATTING style or size of figures on the secundary y-axis
does not work. Same changes on the primary y-axis work properly.
Actual Results:
Select FORMAT - AXIS - SECUNDARY Y-AXIS - STYLE (e.g. bold) - SIZE (e.g. 12pt)

Expected Results:
Change in style or size as selected. No change visible.
