I tried with Writer-File-Open of internet link https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=174659 and with command running "soffice attachment174659.html". It takes some seconds to open, as file must be fetched, but Writer doesn't hang. Also is carriercode_tk.png shown in 7.4+ (it wasn't in older LO 4 not even in 7.2). I close as WFM.
