Description:
LibreOffice 7.3.2.2 takes longer to start in certain cases. In my environment,
it takes about 3 seconds longer. I don't think this was the case in LibreOffice
7.1.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Remove a user profile (if it exists in
%userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\)
2. Start soffice.exe and close it
3. Start soffice.exe again
Actual Results:
When I start soffice.exe in step 3, a white screen appears for about 3 seconds
after the window appears.
Expected Results:
No waiting on a white screen.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
Once I start and close Writer or Calc, the problem no longer occurs unless I
delete the user profile.
