On a new user profile, if you start Impress the Standard Toolbar will be the
default interface. If the user goes to View - User Interface and select Tabbed,
the Tabbed interface will be applied.
However, two toolbars (Drawing and Presentation) remain active, which makes the
interface look a bit cluttered. See attached image to see how it looks.
To hide them, the user has to manually enable the menubar and go to View -
Toolbars to uncheck these two toolbars.
In my opinion, when the user enables the Tabbed interface on a new profile, we
should hide all toolbars.
IMPORTANT: This bug only happens on a new user profile. To reproduce it, the
user profile must be reset.
