Attached file contains a table placed in a frame.
The first two rows of the table are slipping onto each other when the file is
exported to PDF via CLI interface, but not when exported from the GUI.
1, Download attached file
2, instdir/program/soffice --convert-to pdf over_min3.odt
3, Open the resulting pdf file
