Description:
This seems to be a regression. After updating to v. 7.25, animated GIFs in
slides no longer display correctly and appear frozen to the first frame. They
do appear correctly while editing, but they don't during presentations.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Include an animated GIF in a slide.
2. Display the slide as a presentation.
Actual Results:
The GIF is frozen.
Expected Results:
The GIF should be animated.
Reproducible: Always
