Did you try to reopen your document before opening it with Google Docs or WPS? I guess that opening the file with Google Docs means converting the file in the Google Docs format, then closing the file without making changes, means, due to automatic saving, converting it back to OpenDocument format. So, even if you did not do changes, probably Google Docs did. Another test to do: save your file in ODF 1.2 in LibreOffice instead of ODF 1.3 extended : menu Tools > Options > Load/Save Best regards.
